Creation process time?
Each Nailtagonist set is custom-made to order under a pre-order system, with an estimated creation time
of: 3-7 days / *2-4 weeks depending on the current order flow. *[During full creation flow, processing time (estimated 2–4 weeks) will be notified.] Please note, this timeframe refers exclusively to the creation process and does not include shipping time. Every set is handcrafted in the order requests are received, ensuring each detail receives the utmost care and precision. While your piece may be completed sooner, it may occasionally require additional time depending on workload. However, do not worry as I understand how waiting can feel forever, and I'll always do my best to bring your creation to life as quickly as possible.

Once a creation departs from the Atelier, NAILTAGONIST holds no responsibility for any delays,
or any issues caused by incorrect addresses and courier handling.
For any such concerns, please contact selected delivery provider directly and promptly for assistance & updates.
Damages/Missing
It’s truly disheartening when a package arrives in less-than-perfect condition, or is lost along its journey.
Before each creation departs the Atelier, NAILTAGONIST performs a meticulous quality inspection and packs it with utmost care,
wrapped in our signature silver package. In the rare event your creation arrives damaged :
(excluding any damage to the shipping package incurred during transit), an incorrect item is received,
or a package goes missing, please contact IMMDIATELY AT: atelier@nailtagonist.com
*Please be sure to include photos of the damages/products that clearly shows the concern.
